Phil Zaveri

Mr. Zaveri is a Director. Throughout his career, Mr. Zaveri has been actively involved in evaluating management, development, and acquisition opportunities of commercial real estate deals, as well as ventures in other sectors, including healthcare and education.

 

Previously, Mr. Zaveri served as a managing partner and board member at a private equity firm focused on commercial real estate development, where he spearheaded transactions in the hospitality, multi-family, senior living, and medical industries.

 

Mr. Zaveri has raised over$600 million of debt and equity on behalf of Dr. Patel’s family office over the past 24 months.
