ABOUT
The Patel Family Office
The Patel Family Office is led by Dr. Kiran C. Patel, who has been investing in, developing, and operating businesses in the United States for more than 25 years. The family office holds a diversified portfolio with total assets and investments exceeding $5B across multiple sectors.
Unlike single-purpose developers, the family office model allows for centralized oversight, disciplined capital allocation, and operational continuity across projects. Many of the businesses and properties are held long-term and operated directly or in partnership with experienced management teams.

PORTFOLIO HOLDING COMPANIES
The family office’s portfolio includes a mix of real estate assets and operating companies in the United States and internationally. These companies and assets operate independently, but benefit from shared strategic oversight and long-term capital support from the family office.

EB-5 Overview
EB-5 USA is a platform that showcases worthwhile opportunities at USCIS approved regional centers for foreign investors and their families to obtain permanent U.S. residency through the EB-5 Visa Program. With Regional centers in Florida and California, EB-5 USA provides the perfect platform of opportunities for international investors and their families to obtain green cards through investment.
We are not a standalone EB-5 sponsor focused on selling individual projects. EB-5 USA operates as part of a broader family office investment platform with long-term holdings across real estate, healthcare, medical innovation, education, and operating businesses.
The EB-5 program is one source of capital we use within our development and construction businesses. It sits alongside family capital and other private financing, rather than replacing them. This structure allows us to approach EB-5 projects with a long-term ownership mindset and meaningful sponsor involvement.
How EB-5 Fits Into Our Platform
EB-5 capital is used selectively within projects that align with the family office’s broader development strategy. Projects are evaluated not only on EB-5 requirements, but also on their long-term viability, operating fundamentals, and relevance to the family office’s existing businesses.
Because EB-5 is not the sole source of funding, projects are structured with additional capital support, helping reduce execution risk and align interests between the sponsor and investors.
This approach:
• Reduces reliance on any single capital source
• Improves project resilience
• Aligns EB-5 investors with a sponsor that has meaningful capital at risk
• Enhances long-term project success and job creation
