The Clearwater Beach Resort Regional Center's development team was formed by Dr. Kiran Patel, its principal and sponsor. Dr. Patel has employed a team of experienced, seasoned professionals to manage development of the Regional Center's Project. ABOUT THE PATEL FAMILY OFFICE
Dr. Kiran C. Patel has been an active investor in and owner of real estate and hotel ventures for more than 25 years. His diversified portfolio includes hotels, condominiums, multi-Family, medical and office buildings, and a number of undeveloped properties. Among his most high-profile hotel investments are the 700-room landmark Wyndham Grand Hotel in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and the 241-room Westward Look Wyndham Grand Hotel in Tucson, Arizona. Dr. Patel also owns limited service hotels including Holiday Inn Express, Quality Inn, La Quinta, Howard Johnson, and Wingate by Wyndham.
Dr. Patel brings to the Regional Center a wide range of analytic skills, entrepreneurial experience and success, leadership, financial acumen and strength, and broad community support and respect for his and his wife's philanthropic endeavors in the Tampa Bay area. Dr. Patel continues to maintain an excellent working relationship with the Wyndham Group.
